The Pilates method of body conditioning builds energy and ease in breath and movement, enhancing good body mechanics, concentration, posture and balance. This mat-based class incorporates exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles of the body, improve posture and locate flexibility without adding bulk. Personal attention is given to ensure proper form. Both experienced pilates students and newcomers are welcomed and receive personal attention.
